I've been Chez since I was at school, its a nickname that's followed my all my life.

So yeah, I'm Chez. I write raps that sound like the bastard child of Lord Finesse and John Cooper Clarke. I like to make people dance, or think. or sometimes both. I grew up on jungle, ambient techno and golden era hiphop, but nowadays will listen to owt if it's good a decent bassline and isn't too ignorant. I grew up in the North West of the UK in a working class family, went off to university in the 90s and got the music bug. I've been at it on and off since then.

Nowadays I release music as ManLikeChez, and also with my crew Multiverse 3. I also make beats, sound engineer and DJ when time allows.
